NFCC Supported
family time

We are using the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC) secure online self-referral system for all referrals.

Norwich Family Contact Centre (a long-established charity) provides this Family Time service in partnership with Parenting Apart Centre East (PACE). The service has recently moved to Carrow House, a community hub in Norwich used by several organisations for the benefit of local residents. The centre is conveniently located near Norwich town centre, close to transport links and benefits from ample on-site parking.

The venue is clean, child-friendly and very welcoming with its family time room located on the first floor.

The service has a bright and engaging website providing a range of information about the service and how it works. This information lets people know what they might expect from the service if or when they go on to use this.

This service has a wealth of experience in facilitating family time and promoting healthy co-parenting. The centre meets the standards for supported family time accreditation.
